Halloween...ROAR!!!

We had a great Halloween as a family! Eric unfortunately had to miss last year, and it was so much fun to have us all home for the occasion this year!

Kristen helped Eric clean out pumpkins for carving the night before Halloween. Well, actually, since she really dislikes being too dirty, she only stuck her hand in the pumpkin once, and that was it. :) (Finished pumpkin designs can be seen below.)

And for Halloween this year, Kristen was a lion...ROAR!!! It was definitely a cute costume on her!

She found a Tootsie Roll pop in her bucket of loot that she loved, and actually ate the whole thing on Grammy and Papa's front porch (notice the stream of grape-scented drool running down the center of her chin and all over the front of her costume...hehe).

And Kristen did all her own trick-or-treating. She was already good at pushing doorbells and saying 'Knock, knock', and we taught her to say 'Trick-or-Treat', which kinda worked. The only thing we had to watch for was her going in people's houses as soon as they opened the door! :)

And here are our fancy pumpkins this year - the Tin Man and a skull. Ooo...scary!!
